About the Negroni

Equal measures make the Negroni easy to remember and easy to scale. Campari brings bitterness and colour, sweet vermouth adds body and spice, and gin keeps it dry and botanical.

The IBA builds it straight in a chilled old fashioned glass over ice with a gentle stir.

Background

The Negroni is an Italian cocktail, generally served with ice and considered an apéritif.
