Alcohol

Recipes and guides about alcoholic drinks are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please drink responsibly and follow the UK low-risk drinking guidelines. Never drink and drive.

Accuracy and safety

We take care to check our information and to cite sources, but we can't guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Information on this site is not medical, nutritional or professional advice. Take care with hot liquids, sharp tools, glassware and electrical equipment, and check ingredients for allergens (for example nuts, milk, eggs and gluten) before serving drinks to others. Some recipes use raw egg white, which isn't suitable for everyone.
