Ingredients
- Gin 30 ml
- Cherry liqueur IBA specifies Sangue Morlacco 15 ml
- Triple sec IBA specifies Cointreau 7.5 ml
- Bénédictine 7.5 ml
- Fresh pineapple juice 120 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Grenadine 10 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
Ounces are US fluid ounces (29.57 ml), rounded.
Method
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
