Ingredients

  • Gin30 ml
  • Cherry liqueur IBA specifies Sangue Morlacco15 ml
  • Triple sec IBA specifies Cointreau7.5 ml
  • Bénédictine7.5 ml
  • Fresh pineapple juice120 ml
  • Fresh lime juice15 ml
  • Grenadine10 ml
  • Angostura bitters1 dash

Garnish: Pineapple and maraschino cherry

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
