Ingredients

  • Gin1 oz
  • Cherry liqueur IBA specifies Sangue Morlacco½ oz
  • Triple sec IBA specifies Cointreau¼ oz
  • Bénédictine¼ oz
  • Fresh pineapple juice4 oz
  • Fresh lime juice½ oz
  • Grenadine⅜ oz
  • Angostura bitters1 dash

Garnish: Pineapple and maraschino cherry

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
