About the Pour-over coffee

Pour-over gives a clean, bright cup and lots of control. The National Coffee Association suggests a ratio of 1:13 to 1:16, water at 93°C (±3°C) and 2–4 minutes' total contact time. Weigh with scales and pour from a gooseneck kettle for control.
