Ingredients
- Jamaican amber rum 1 oz
- Martinique molasses rum 1 oz
- Orange curaçao ½ oz
- Orgeat syrup ½ oz
- Fresh lime juice 1 oz
- Sugar syrup ¼ oz
Ounces are US fluid ounces (29.57 ml), rounded.
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into a double rocks glass or a highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple spear, mint leaves and lime peel.
