Mai Tai

Double rocks glass or highball glass · Shaken · 5 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Jamaican amber rum1 oz
  • Martinique molasses rum1 oz
  • Orange curaçao½ oz
  • Orgeat syrup½ oz
  • Fresh lime juice1 oz
  • Sugar syrup¼ oz

Garnish: Pineapple spear, mint leaves and lime peel

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and pour into a double rocks glass or a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple spear, mint leaves and lime peel.
