About the Whisky Highball

A highball is a spirit and a mixer built in the glass. Use plenty of ice, very cold soda and a single gentle stir to keep it lively. Our house ratio is 1:3.

Background

A highball is a long drink of one or two parts spirit mixed over ice with two or more parts of a usually carbonated mixer. It was known worldwide by the mid-20th century, particularly in Japan.
