Ingredients

  • Pink grapefruit juice2 oz
  • Rosemary syrup see description½ oz
  • Soda water4 oz

Garnish: Rosemary sprig

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the grapefruit juice and rosemary syrup.
  3. Top with soda water, stir and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
