Grapefruit and rosemary soda

Ingredients

• Pink grapefruit juice60 ml
• Rosemary syrup see description15 ml
• Soda water120 ml

Garnish: Rosemary sprig

Method

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add the grapefruit juice and rosemary syrup.
3. Top with soda water, stir and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
