Ingredients

  • Jamaican dark rum1½ oz
  • Gold Puerto Rican rum1½ oz
  • Demerara rum1 oz
  • Fresh lime juice⅝ oz
  • Falernum½ oz
  • Donn's Mix 2 parts grapefruit juice : 1 part cinnamon syrup½ oz
  • Grenadine1 tsp
  • Angostura bitters1 dash
  • Pernod6 drops

Garnish: Mint leaves

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to an electric blender with 170 g of cracked ice.
  2. Blend on pulse for a few seconds.
  3. Serve in a tall tumbler and garnish with mint leaves.
