Whisky Highball

Highball glass · Built · 2 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky1¾ oz
  • Soda water very cold5 oz

Garnish: Lemon twist (optional)

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and stir briefly to chill the glass; pour off any meltwater.
  2. Add the whisky.
  3. Top with cold soda water, pouring gently, and give one gentle stir.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist, if you like.
