Mojito

Ingredients

  • White rum IBA specifies white Cuban rum1½ oz
  • Fresh lime juice⅝ oz
  • Fresh mint6 sprigs
  • White cane sugar2 tsp
  • Soda waterto top

Garnish: Mint sprigs and a lime slice

Method

  1. In a highball glass, gently mix the mint sprigs with the sugar and lime juice.
  2. Add a splash of soda water and fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the rum and top with soda water.
  4. Stir lightly and garnish with mint sprigs and a lime slice.
