Ingredients

  • Fresh orange juice2½ oz
  • Prosecco2½ oz

Garnish: Orange twist (optional)

Method

  1. Pour the orange juice into a flute.
  2. Gently pour in the sparkling wine.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with an orange twist, if you like.
