Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • Gin1¾ oz
  • Tonic water chilled5 oz

Garnish: Lime wedge or slice

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice.
  2. Pour in the gin.
  3. Top with chilled tonic water, pouring gently down a bar spoon to keep the fizz.
  4. Stir once and garnish with a lime wedge or slice.
