Ingredients

  • Gin1 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice½ oz
  • Sugar syrup½ oz
  • Champagne2 oz

Method

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.
  2. Shake well with ice and strain into a Champagne flute.
  3. Top up with Champagne and stir gently.
