Ingredients

  • Gin30 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice15 ml
  • Sugar syrup15 ml
  • Champagne60 ml

Method

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.
  2. Shake well with ice and strain into a Champagne flute.
  3. Top up with Champagne and stir gently.
