Ingredients

  • Espresso or 2 for a stronger latte1 shot
  • Whole milk7½ oz

Method

  1. Pull the espresso into a warmed glass or large cup.
  2. Steam the milk to a smooth microfoam with a little volume.
  3. Pour the milk into the espresso in a steady stream, finishing with a thin layer of foam.
