Strawberry milkshake

Ingredients

  • Strawberries hulled150 g
  • Vanilla ice cream2 scoops
  • Whole milk cold150 ml
  • Sugar (optional)1 tsp

Method

  1. Blend the strawberries with the milk until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cream (and sugar, if needed) and blend briefly.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
