Mint Julep

Julep cup · Muddled · 5 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Bourbon whiskey60 ml
  • Fresh mint4 sprigs
  • Powdered sugar1 tsp
  • Water2 tsp

Garnish: Mint sprig

Method

  1. In a julep cup, gently muddle the mint with the sugar and water.
  2. Fill the cup with cracked ice and add the bourbon.
  3. Stir well until the cup frosts.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
