Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • Vodka½ oz
  • Tequila½ oz
  • White rum½ oz
  • Gin½ oz
  • Triple sec IBA specifies Cointreau½ oz
  • Fresh lemon juice⅞ oz
  • Sugar syrup1 oz
  • Colato top

Garnish: Lemon slice (optional)

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the spirits, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
  3. Top with cola and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice, if you like.
