Gin Fizz

Tall, thin tumbler (served without ice) · Shaken · 3 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Gin1½ oz
  • Fresh lemon juice1 oz
  • Sugar syrup⅜ oz
  • Soda watera splash

Garnish: Lemon slice (optional lemon zest)

Method

  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a thin tall tumbler.
  3. Top with a splash of soda water. Serve without ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
