Cocktail glass (coupe) · Shaken · 3 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Vodka1½ oz
  • Raspberry liqueur½ oz
  • Fresh pineapple juice½ oz

Garnish: Lemon peel oils squeezed over the drink

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and squeeze lemon peel oil over the top.
