Ingredients

  • White rum IBA specifies white Cuban rum2 oz
  • Fresh lime juice⅝ oz
  • Caster sugar superfine2 barspoons

Method

  1. Add the rum, lime juice and sugar to a cocktail shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
