Caipirinha

Double old fashioned glass · Muddled · 4 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Cachaça2 oz
  • Lime cut into small wedges1
  • White cane sugar4 tsp

Method

  1. Place the lime wedges and sugar in a double old fashioned glass and muddle gently.
  2. Fill the glass with cracked ice and add the cachaça.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
