Bloody Mary

Rocks glass (highball if served with ice) · Stirred · 4 min · serves 1

Ingredients

  • Vodka1½ oz
  • Tomato juice3 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice½ oz
  • Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
  • Tabascoto taste
  • Celery saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Garnish: Celery and a lemon wedge (optional)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir gently.
  2. Pour into a rocks glass (or a highball glass with ice, if requested).
  3. Garnish with celery and, if you like, a lemon wedge.
