Moka pot coffee

Ingredients

• Coffeefinely ground, enough to fill the funnel
• Waterto the line in the base

Method

1. Fill the base with water to the etched line, just below the safety valve.
2. Insert the filter funnel and fill it with finely ground coffee, levelling it off.
3. Screw the top on firmly and place over a gentle heat.
4. When the coffee has risen and you hear a gurgle, take it off the heat and serve.
