Ingredients

  • Gin London dry45 ml
  • Sweet red vermouth45 ml
  • Maraschino liqueur IBA specifies Luxardo1 barspoon
  • Orange bitters2 dashes

Garnish: Lemon zest

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon zest.
